This equipment allows for the least invasive technique for reconstructing water wells with an existing structure in place. Water Well Solutions currently employees (3) three Cable Tool Rigs operating year round rehabilitating wells thought to be a lost cause.
Most recently Water Well Solutions worked with a client in Iowa where they were experiencing an undesirable water quality issue causing a productive well to be taken off line. In reviewing downhole video logs, Water Well Solutions determined they had a breech in their casing at a depth of over 800 ft in a 2,000 ft. well. The cost for well replacement was estimated at over $1.2 million dollars. Water Well Solutions's Project Engineers were able to utilize the Swadge Liner Technology to pin point place a stainless steel repair sleeve over the compromised casing completing these water well repairs. This innovative technique not only worked 100% in stopping the influence of the contaminated water through the breach in the casing, but also saved the client $1.1 million in well replacement costs all by utilizing Water Well Solutions' water well repairs service.
