Hy RIP™

The Hy-RIP™ water well rehabilitation services involve a highly effective process that is used primarily in conjunction with chemistry that are specifically designed to meet each individual water well need.  The Hy-RIP™ system utilizes a custom engineered portable high rate pumping system to rapidly inject chemistry directly in the formation and screen at rates of up to 4,200 GPM and pressures of over 60 PSI..  The process was developed 25 years ago and has been successfully utilized to rehabilitate hundreds of wells throughout the Midwest.

The rapid rate injection system cleans the borehole and/or well screen by mechanically forcing chemicals into cracks, crevices, screen and ultimately the surrounding formation.  This process can achieve more thorough cleaning of the well environment resulting in a higher return of well efficiency.  The mixture of NSF approved chemistry repeatedly surged through our 3,000 gallon surge tank into the formation providing a much larger treatment zone that pushes energy out into the aquifer where treatment is the most critical and are seldom reached with traditional treatments.

The Hy-RIP™ system is used to remove silts, sediments, biological buildup and improve the overall efficiency of your newly constructed or existing water wells.  It can improve the longevity of the well and provide higher specific capacities that when the well was newly constructed, thus offering more water for less money.
